1) Acceptable use

Use Velo only for lawful purposes. Do not share malicious software, illegal content, or anything that infringes intellectual property rights.

2) Service nature

Velo is a peer-to-peer relay with minimal backend. Availability may vary; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

4) Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
